What a fine performance by Mary Zambello and the Greely defense! Mary hit the corners, changed speeds, and K'ed out 4 batters on the way to a No-Hitter win that felt much closer than it ended.

The hitting came around late in the game as the girls started hammering out the hits. The game was 1 - 0 through 5 innings 'til Bryce McEwen delivered a 2-out 2-run single to give us some breathing room. Marika Stayte hit a SacFly in the first inning bringing home Katie Whittum.

Then the hits started pouring in with 8 in the 7th, we pushed across 6 more runs. Marika Stayte, Michaela Finnegan, Danielle Cimino 2, Edith Aromando, and Karlee Biskup each rapped in runs.

Repeat hitters were Danielle Cimino with 3 hits including 2 doubles, 2 RBI's and scoring two. Katie Whittum with 2 singles a walk and scoring twice.
Caroline Hamilton had 2 hits and a sacrifice. Michaela had 2 hits, an RBI and scored twice. Lindsey Arsenault knocked 2 singles, walked, and scored.
